MEET KAARIN
Hi! My name is Kaarin (Pronounced Car-in) and I love the outdoors! I have over 30 years of canoeing, backpacking, and backwoods camping experience. I spend time in the Boundary Waters every summer and can't live without it. Bringing new people to the Boundary Waters and teaching the outdoor skills that I have learned over many years is one of my passions. After taking many groups to the Boundary Waters I found the bond that women have in the wilderness can be incredibly awesome. I want to encourage other women to come together and experience the adventure that is waiting for them!
When I am not paddling I love to be outside hanging out with my husband and 3 kids. I love the summer and the warm weather. When it is cold outside you can find me cooking, planning my summer trips, or I may have run off to someplace that is much warmer :-)
I can not wait to meet you and spend some time communing in the wild!
